Nobody hands out these crowns. You do. There's no shortlist: you write in the names. Everyone nominated is told they're in the running, and nobody wants to miss the moment their name is read.
In every fairy tale, there are characters who bring magic to everyone around them. This honor goes to the two individuals whose kindness, confidence, charm, and presence helped make Fire Island 2026 unforgettable. They also remind us that it's never too late to celebrate who we are, dance with the people we love, and rewrite our story exactly as it was meant to be told.
